Just over an hour of attempts on General Vezax was all it took to down this oversized loot pinata.

"Last Attempt" kills never get old, at least not in the DT house. Tuesday night at midnight, Mimiron fell for the Team for the first time. I could count our last attempt kills on my fingers and toes and would probably run out of digits. Another classic night for Dream Team.

I'm not going to lie. Thorim proved to be a pain in the ass, but once we figured out the positioning in the arena and the hallway, he went down like a cheap date on prom night.

Another Ulduar boss bites the dust. This time it was Hodir. No clever words to say about this one, just stay alive and profit.

Obscure reference to the English post-punk group aside, tonight the DT bunnymen taught Auriaya the true meaning of the word fear. That's right, we nibbled on her with our vicious bunny fangs. Naturale jumped on her face and clawed her eyes out, Cho climbed up her leg and bit her on her naughty part, while others pee'd on the floor and caused her to Slip and fall to her death. Assembly of Iron. Dead. On the 3rd attempt. Five new bosses killed for the first time this week. Can I get an AMEN!

Kologarn is a fun raid coordination encounter that allowed us to gauge our raid's ability to respond quickly..and slowly but surely we did. But not so slowly that we couldn't down this guy on our first night of attempts.

Tonight Dream Team offered a two for one special in Ulduar by defeating two new bosses in one night. In classic DT form, XT-002 fell on our last attempt thus clearing "The Siege of Ulduar". I'm not sure which is harder at this point, the boss or his trash. lol.

Dream Team clears their third Ulduar 25man boss. Great job Team!!

Ignis bugged out on us hard during the first week so we put him on hold until the first night of week 2 and downed him on the 5th attempt. He's not so tough.

We began the night about an hour late due to playing around in Ulduar 10 earlier in the evening and having the instance server crash multiple times to the point where some of us couldn't zone in for almost two hours. After we got our toons back and worked out the patch day issues, we ventured into Ulduar 25 for the first time. Our first impressions were satisfied - it's a beautiful instance and having non-zergable trash is just like old times. Flame Leviathan fell on our third attempt and we got our feet wet attemping Ignis.

Dream Team has done it again and earned themselves a couple of "firsts". An Alliance server first by defeating 10man Sartharion with 3 drakes up (the way Blizzard intended) - grats Blightcaller, Aeryun, Balah, Duvessa, Bigxx, Duruk, Kokeui, Xenark, Xenir, and Ruuin. Half of this motley crew has earned their "Glory of the Raider" achievement for a ... Server First. :)

This fight was the hardest we have ever attempted as a guild. Never before have we faced an encounter with such a high degree of personal responsibility. This one was a struggle and took us about 5-6 solid nights over the course of a couple of weeks before we got him and his three amigos down. We started our progression raiding late this expansion, and took a nice long hiatus before hand. We took our time building up the guild and recruiting the right people to insure that we had the best team assembled for the run of the expansion. Soon, 3.1 will be upon us and filled with all sorts of new challenges, and it couldn't come any sooner. All content has been cleared with the exception of 10man S3D, and it's only a matter of time before we check that off our list of things to do.

DT celebrated the holiday season in high fashion by kicking the snot out of Kel'Thuzard and finished off our first heroic Naxxramas clear. We came bringing gifts and he gave us a few of his own.

With just over 20 of our own, DT joined forces with Killer Instinct and some friends to fill a raid and paid a not so friendly visit to the Horde Capital cities. Left for dead in our wake of destruction was Thrall, Lady Sylvanas Windrunner, Carnie Bloodhoof, and Lor'themar Theron for a first time server accomplishment. Thanks for the Black War Bear mounts, hordies!

Illidan is down and Black Temple has been cleared, thus ending another chapter in the book of Dream Team raiding. This kill is especially sweet due to the summer availability issues that has plagued our small raiding family. I want to thank every member of DT that helped make this moment possible. Those in attendance for the kill, and those who helped us get there. Thank you for giving it your all. Tonight we cleared Black Temple in a total of 5 hours over the course of two nights. Six bosses on Wednesday, and 3 bosses Thursday. Grats DT on being the first Alliance guild on Blade's Edge to clear Black Temple. [download the kill vid]

Oh what fun the Illidari Council is. A long and repetitive battle that is all about survival. Tonight on our first attempt we suceeded in our first kill. This was our third night of attempts and fortunately it didn't take us long to finish the job. Afterwards we eagerly ran up the stairs and helped Akama push on Illidan's door to break through into his room (pic 1 pic 2). We cozzied up to him and took a group photo. From there we did a half naked pull on him (half of us were naked) just for fun and made our way to the Sunwell Plateau, got a couple epic trash drops, a sunmote, and some hard khorium plans before we made a couple of pulls on Kalecgos.

Six attempts was all it took for the Dream Team to down Mother Shahraz. Three attempts from a previous night, and three tonight. In fact our 5th attempt was another classic 1% wipe. Only one encounter remains to be cleared before we face Illidan. Grats DT on another ASF.

Reliquary of Souls has been cleared and Dream Team continues to lay waste to the Black Temple as we move closer to Illidan. It didn't take us long once we fine tuned our strategy for phase 2 and he fell during our second ever phase 3 attempt. Great focus and excellent coordination was no match for this interesting encounter. Congrats DT on another alliance first.

Dream Team rocked the house tonight by downing Gurtogg Bloodboil early during our second full night of attempts. Our healers really stepped it up a notch to help the Team pull off a win. After that we faced Reliquary of Souls for the first time and got phase two to under 50% without any advance preperation before the start of our raid. Way to shoot from the hip tonight, DT!

Tonight Dream Team cleared Mount Hyjal by successfully downing Archimonde on our second night of attempts. On our first night, we got him to 50% and tonight we only got under 50% once and that was all it took to finish the job. Grats Dream Team for pulling off an awesome kill and an Alliance server first in only two nights of attempts. Mount Hyjal has been cleared in 41 days. Not bad for a guild who only raids 9 hours a week. /Salute! Look out Illidan, your days are numbered.

On our first night facing Teron Gorefiend, he fell on our fourth attempt like a sack of potatoes. Not to tough really, as long as you can handle the constructs properly. Everyone did a great job dealing with them which helped Dream Team walk away with yet another Alliance server first.

What a great way to close the week for Dream Team after having downed four new bosses in three nights. This time, it was Azgalor and Shade of Akama's turn to face the music, both falling on our first night facing them. Grats on the guild's first T6 loot go to: Xenir, Jefferyy, and Sigismund!

On our second night of attempts and a full healing team assembled for this round, High Warlord Naj'entus fell easily. Then we cleared our way to Supremus for the first time and downed him in classic DT style on our "last attempt" of the evening. Grats on two more alliance server firsts!

Tonight DT downed Anetheron and Kaz'rogal for the first time. We entered MH and on our first attempt we one shot Anetheron (tried him twice two nights before). Then we one shot Kaz'rogal on our first attempt evah. Azgolar trash was fun but we ran out of time. Gratz DT on a great finish to a great week!

What a night for the Dream Team. We started by downing LadyV to finish up the guilds vial attunement quests and then moved on to Mount Hyjal for our first real night inside the instance. What a thrill it is to be finally raiding 25man content outdoors again. We quickly one-shot Rage Winterchill on our first attempt ever and decided to go turn in our time-phased phylactery and finish our Black Temple attunement. We journeyed inside BT for a quick peak and then downed Doomwalker for some loot that people could actually use. All and all it was an epic night and thanks to all who were in attendance!
